Wieder mal habe ich mich von einem Klassiker des Kinos inspirieren lassen.
Der Film ist ein wenig gruselig, da er zum Schluß eine herbe Botschaft rüberbringt.

Dieses Mal hatte ich mir einige Tage mehr Zeit genommen. Irgendwie wollte der Text nicht richtig fertig werden. Ich hatte den Film einfach schon lange nicht mehr gesehn. Kürzlich hatte ich ihn mir dann doch mal digital besorgt, im Regal stand er lange als VHS-Kassette rum.

Na, haben Sie den Film erkannt?
War nicht allzu schwer, Der Originaltitel ist natürlich auch "Soylent Green ".
Wie so üblich hat er einen mekwürdigen deutschen Titel, "Jahr 2022, die überleben wollen...".

Ein lieber Musikerfreund und Keyboarder hatte immer euphorisch gesagt:
"Mein Roland ist einfach klasse. Beim Saxophon hört man sogar die Spucke triefen..."
Tja, ich hab heut noch einen drauf gesetzt - ich hab meine eigene Saxophonistin in mein Studio eingeladen :)

Da sagte doch kürzlich ein Musiker-Kollege : "...wenn du Songs über ein Gedicht - oder noch extremer - über einen Film schreibst, dann ist das ja nichts Eigenes..."
Da musste ich doch innerlich erst mal loslachen :)
Zwischenzeitlich hat ja so jeder große Film einen Titelsong der in fester Beziehung zum Film steht.
Also, ich werde weiterhin bei meinem Stil bleiben und noch weitere Film-Klassiker mit einem neuen Musiktitel umsetzen. ;)
Update (2017-01-03):
Nun habe ich meine Messlatte ein richtiges Stück nach oben gehängt, denn "Soylent Green" und "Logans Run" sind nun auf Radio-Qualität gebracht. Nur Schade, eigentlich sollte dies zusammen mit "Half Past Five" geschehen, aber wie heißt es so schön: "...manchmal muss man auch mal einen Schritt zurück gehen, um einen großen nach vorne zu tun..."
Hier ist das finale Studio-Mastering.
